CHAYA ONYX BOOT

The Chaya Onyx is a low-cut boot designed to provide an excellent balance between support and freedom of movement.

It features a carbon and Kevlar heel shell combined with a low-cut synthetic leather upper. The boot is also 100% heat moldable, allowing for a highly precise and personalised fit.

The combination of laces and a Velcro strap provides a secure fit while maintaining excellent ankle mobility.

Thanks to Chaya's Dual Center Mount (DCM) system, the boot can be mounted to the Shiva plate using just two screws, without drilling the boot. The system also allows the plate position to be fine-tuned for a more personalised setup.

CHAYA SHIVA PLATE

The Chaya Shiva is a high-end aluminium plate designed to deliver excellent precision, control and responsiveness.

Its 7005 aircraft-grade aluminium construction, 20° truck angle and Jelly Interlock cushions provide excellent manoeuvrability while maintaining efficient power transfer.

The Dual Center Mount (DCM) system allows the plate to be positioned precisely on the boot and adjusted forwards, backwards and laterally.

The Shiva also features the Power Toe System (PTS) and an offset Chaya Cherry Bomb toe stop, providing a direct and efficient setup for toe stop work and power transfer.

BONT FX1 WHEELS + MINI BEARINGS

To complete the setup, we've selected the BONT FX1, an extremely lightweight and responsive indoor wheel.

With a 60 mm diameter, 38 mm width and 87A hardness, the FX1 offers a great balance of grip, speed and responsiveness for indoor roller derby.

Its distinctive feature is the hub designed for 8 mm 688 mini bearings, which are included with the wheels.

The smaller bearings significantly reduce the weight of the setup and spin up quickly, helping with fast acceleration and responsive lateral movement.
